Join Cheri, Anne, and Amalia on May 15th from 7-9pm in the garden courtyard for Sideshow Gallery’s next Ritual Circle, a three-part fire ceremony using colored ribbons, each representing a different intention: red for passion, green for abundance, and black for protection or release. As participants hold their ribbon, they will knot their intention into the fabric—making the process tactile, physical, and grounding.
The ritual unfolds in three offerings to the fire:
The first honors what they are ready to cleanse
The second centers on forgiveness, for themselves or others
The third calls in transformation and renewal
Once the ribbons have been offered, the circle shifts into a smoke cleansing. Participants can stand or dance in the smoke of burning dried flowers, herbs, or resins, allowing it to clear and reset their energy. This can be accompanied by the sound of bells as well.
The group is then invited to appreciate the pleasures of the present moment, reflecting the essence of Taurus energy—slow, sensual, and deeply rooted in the body. Sharing tea and treats offers a final moment of connection and gratitude.
