Facing Medusa: Reclaiming Power from Betrayal Trauma
Join us on Thursday, July 24th from 7–9pm for the fifth installment of Amalia’s Mythos series exploring sacred feminine archetypes.
In mythology, Medusa was cast as a monster—but behind the stone and serpents lie a deeper story of betrayal, transformation, and raw feminine power. This immersive, trauma-informed workshop invites you to explore the ancient myth of Medusa as a mirror for personal and collective experiences of betrayal trauma—whether emotional, sexual, relational, or spiritual.
Together, we will unravel Medusa’s story and reclaim her as a symbol of sacred rage, survival, and sovereignty. Through guided journaling, group reflection, embodiment practices, and creative ritual, we will begin the process of alchemizing pain into power.
This workshop is designed to be a brave and compassionate space for deep healing. Whether you're moving through recent heartbreak, recovering from past abuse, or simply seeking to reclaim parts of yourself once silenced—Medusa is calling you to look her in the eyes… and see yourself anew.
